Blue Care is committed to quality holistic care services that express the Uniting Church's Christian values and address clients' physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Services include care and support of the aged, people with disabilities, those requiring nursing and allied health support following release from hospital, and individuals and carers who are in need of support and education.

Referral to Blue Care services may come from the consumer, their family, hospital, medical practitioner, health care agency, carer or friend.  some treatments require a written referral from your doctor.
